Nutritional Benefits Breakdown
This isn't just a tasty breakfast; it's a powerhouse of nutrients designed to support energy and recovery:
Oats: A fantastic source of complex carbohydrates and fiber, specifically Beta-Glucan. This soluble fiber helps regulate blood sugar, keeps you feeling full for hours, and supports heart health. It's the slow-release energy your body loves.
Pumpkin: Beyond the festive flavor, pumpkin is rich in Vitamin A (in the form of Beta-Carotene), an antioxidant vital for immune function and eye health. It’s also low in calories and high in fiber, aiding digestion.
Chia Seeds: These tiny seeds are packed with Omega-3 fatty acids (essential for brain health and inflammation reduction) and are a great source of fiber and plant-based protein. When combined with liquid, they swell up, making you feel more satiated.
