Elizabeth DeHart

​For me, fitness is so much more than just exercise; it's a powerful catalyst for profound, positive change in how you move, feel, and live. I'm Elizabeth, and it's been my privilege to be a part of the Vacaville fitness community for over 14 years.

My own journey began with a significant personal transformation—losing over 100 pounds. At 24, I discovered firsthand how truly empowering it felt to fuel my body and embrace consistent movement. It wasn't just about the physical changes; I felt stronger, more capable, and incredibly confident in my own skin. That incredible feeling ignited a deep passion within me, propelling me to learn everything I possibly could about building a resilient body.

Since then, I've dedicated myself to expanding my knowledge and expertise in human movement. I've proudly earned certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach. My commitment to holistic strength also led me to certifications from Girls Gone Strong, Yoga Alliance, Keiser, FAI, and TRX. And I'm thrilled to have recently completed my certification as an Advanced Nutrition Coach, further enhancing my ability to guide your performance and recovery. I'm also currently working towards my Gut and Hormone Coach certification.

As an endurance athlete myself, I understand the dedication it takes to push your limits. I've completed 30 half marathons, 3 full marathons, a 70.3 Half Ironman, multiple 100-mile century bike rides, and numerous obstacle races. I know the journey, the effort, and the incredible rewards that come from consistent training.
I genuinely believe that everything in your life—your energy, your resilience, your focus, and your overall confidence—is profoundly impacted by how you move, how you fuel your body, and what you consume both mentally and physically. My goal is to help you understand your body from the inside out, empowering you to create truly sustainable improvements in your strength, movement, and lasting results.
