Elizabeth has made her mark on the Vacaville fitness community for over 13 years. Her journey started with her own personal weight loss transformation of over 100 pounds. Her passion for fitness and health developed at the age of 24. "I started eating healthy & lifting weights and I didn’t think much about it, I just felt it. When I ate better & moved more, I felt better, I was less anxious, more in control, & stronger emotionally. I began educating myself through researching and reading everything and anything I could in nutrition and fitness."

As an athlete, Liz is accomplished in completing 30 Half Marathons, 3 Marathons, 70.3 Half IronMan, 100 Miles Century Bike Rides, 4 Spartan Obstacle Races well as many shorter distance and obstacle events.

She is currently working to complete her degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on "Self Growth and Development" as well as certification in Weight Loss Specialization and Stretching & Flexibility Coaching.

Elizabeth believes that everything in our life (mood, attitude, relationships, focus, energy) is affected by what we eat, how we move & what we consume (mind & body). It is once you understand yourself ‘within’, that you can change yourself without (& sustain your results).
