This is a simple, no-bake recipe perfect for a high-protein snack that tastes like a Thanksgiving treat! Great for curbing those holiday sugar cravings.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder: 1 scoop

  • Canned Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling): 1/4​ cup

  • Oats (quick or old-fashioned): 1/2 cup

  • Nut Butter (almond or peanut): 1/4 cup

  • Maple Syrup/Honey: 1-2 tbsp (to taste)

  • Pumpkin Pie Spice: 1 tsp

  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions:
