This is a simple, no-bake recipe perfect for a high-protein snack that tastes like a Thanksgiving treat! Great for curbing those holiday sugar cravings.

Ingredients:
Vanilla or Unflavored Protein Powder: 1 scoop
Canned Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling): 1/4 cup
Oats (quick or old-fashioned): 1/2 cup
Nut Butter (almond or peanut): 1/4 cup
Maple Syrup/Honey: 1-2 tbsp (to taste)
Pumpkin Pie Spice: 1 tsp
Pinch of Salt

Instructions:
