Join A Small Group

Join our all-levels, drop-in friendly small group classes and experience the benefits of personalized coaching in a supportive community. 

Class Descriptions

 

  • Total Body Strength: This is the foundation of your training. We'll use a variety of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, and resistance bands, to perform compound movements that target all major muscle groups. The focus is on proper form and progressive overload to build true functional strength.

    • Schedule: Mondays at 4:45 a.m., Wednesdays 8:15 a.m. and Thursdays at 6:00 a.m.

  • Hypertrophy Lab: Ready to build muscle size and definition? This class focuses on hypertrophy-specific techniques, using moderate weights with higher repetitions and a focus on time under tension. You'll perform a mix of compound and isolation movements to target specific muscle groups and encourage growth.

    • Schedule: Mondays at 6:00 a.m., Tuesdays at 9:15 a.m. and Thursdays at 4:45 a.m.

  • Integrated Strength: The ultimate fusion of strength and muscle-building. Each session starts with a heavy, compound lift—like a squat, deadlift, or press—to build foundational strength. We then transition into hypertrophy-focused sets to maximize time under tension and encourage muscle growth. 

    • Schedule: Mondays at 8:15 a.m. and Tuesdays at 4:45 a.m. 

  • Metabolic Meltdown: A powerful blend of high-intensity cardio intervals and strength movements. You'll move through circuits of exercises like kettlebell swings and burpees, with short bursts of intense effort followed by brief recovery periods.

    • Schedule: Tuesdays 6:00 a.m., Wednesdays at 5:45 a.m. and Thursdays at 8:15 a.m.

  • Mobility & Recovery: A dedicated hour for your body to restore and rebuild. You'll focus on self-myofascial release using foam rollers and long-hold stretches to improve your range of motion, alleviate muscle soreness, and calm your nervous system.

    • Schedule: Fridays at 4:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.

If you're new to the classes, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for a quick introduction to the space and class format.
