Program Mission Statement

To empower individuals to move with confidence, strength, and freedom by building a sustainable, personalized mobility practice that addresses their unique physical needs and lifestyle. This program is for anyone who wants to alleviate stiffness, improve performance, and reclaim their body's natural movement potential.

Program Overview

This is a comprehensive, fully customized coaching program designed to go beyond simple stretching. We will identify and address the root causes of your stiffness and discomfort, creating a fluid, pain-free body. The program combines a structured plan with dedicated one-on-one support to ensure you achieve lasting results.

Target Client:

  • Professionals with desk jobs experiencing lower back, neck, and shoulder tension.

  • Athletes or avid exercisers looking to improve performance, prevent injury, and optimize recovery.

  • Anyone who feels "stuck," "tight," or "unbothered" by their daily movements.

  • Individuals seeking a sustainable and holistic approach to their physical well-being.

Key Program Features

  • Initial Movement Assessment: We'll begin with a deep-dive session to assess your current mobility, identify your specific limitations, and understand your lifestyle and goals.

  • Customized Weekly Mobility Plan: Based on your assessment, you will receive a new weekly plan delivered via a user-friendly app. Each plan includes targeted exercises, video demonstrations, and suggested flows.

  • Weekly 1:1 Coaching Calls: We will have a dedicated check-in call each week to review your progress, address any challenges, and make real-time adjustments to your program. This is your time to ask questions and get personalized feedback.

  • In-App Guidance & Support: The app acts as your personal trainer in your pocket, providing detailed instructions, tracking your progress, and offering a direct line of communication with me for questions throughout the week.

  • Educational Resources: Gain a deeper understanding of your body and the "why" behind your program with exclusive educational content, including videos and articles on posture, biomechanics, and recovery.

Sample Weekly Schedule

This is an example of what a typical week might look like for a client focused on improving hip and thoracic mobility.

  • Monday: Morning Mobility Flow (5 min), Workout Warm-Up Routine

  • Tuesday: Thoracic Spine Mobility Drills (10 min)

  • Wednesday: Active Recovery & Light Mobility (15 min)

  • Thursday: Hip Mobility & Core Activation (10 min)

  • Friday: Full-Body Flow (15 min)

  • Saturday: Open Flow & Recovery (Self-guided)

  • Sunday: Weekly Check-In & Goal Setting with Coach
