1. Sponsor and Eligibility

 

• Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Giveaway is Elizabeth DeHart Fitness (the "Sponsor"), located at 112 Tahoe Dr, Vacaville, CA.

• Eligibility: This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

• Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules.

 

2. Giveaway Period

 

• Start Date: Entries will be accepted online starting on October 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM PDT.

• End Date: Entries will be accepted until October 21, 2025, at 11:59 PM PDT (the "Entry Period").

• All entries must be received within the Entry Period.

 

3. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

 

• Prize: The Winner will receive one month of 1:1 nutrition coaching and a $100 Lululemon gift card.

• ARV: The Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $345.00 (USD).

• Taxes: Any and all prize-related expenses, including all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

 

4. How to Enter (Email Opt-in & Social Media)

 

There are two methods of entry. You may use both methods to achieve the maximum number of entries.

A. Email Opt-In Entry (Primary Entry):

• To enter, submit your name and a valid email address using the form on this landing page. By entering via this method, you agree to join the Elizabeth DeHart Fitness email list.

• Limit: One (1) entry per person via email opt-in.

B. Social Media Entry (Bonus Entries):

• Complete the required actions specified on the official giveaway post on Instagram by the Sponsor's account, @Elizabeth_dehart_fitness.

• Limit: One (1) bonus entry per person.

• Entry Limit: Limit Two (2) total entries per person, regardless of the method of entry. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

 

5. Winner Selection and Notification

 

• Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received.

• Winner Announcement Date: The Winner will be announced on October 23, 2025.

• Notification: The Winner will be notified via the email address provided in the entry within three (3) days following the Winner selection.

• Claiming Prize: The potential Winner must acknowledge and respond to the notification within 48 hours from the time the notification was sent. If the potential Winner fails to respond, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner will be selected.
