Individual In-Person Training
General
What are your coaching specializations and certifications? I specialize in strength & conditioning and am also Functional Aging certified. My credentials include certifications as a Women’s Coaching Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Nutrition Coach, Functional Nutrition Coach, Advanced Nutrition Coach, and Mobility & Stretching Coach, earned through NASM, the Nutrition Coaching Institute, and Girls Gone Strong.
What makes 1:1 In-Person Personal Training different from other formats? This is the fastest and most direct path to seeing real results. You get a fully customized fitness plan with dedicated one-on-one sessions tailored specifically to your goals, with a heavy focus on proper form, progressive overload, and high-level accountability.
What can I expect during my first session? We always start by discussing your specific goals, injury history, and current fitness level. We’ll assess your movement patterns so we can build a completely customized plan tailored safely and effectively to your body.
Programming & Logistics
Do I need prior lifting experience to start 1:1 training? Not at all. 1:1 training is completely customized to your experience level, whether you are stepping into a gym for the very first time or looking to refine advanced lifting mechanics. Every movement is scaled to meet you where you are.
How often should I train 1:1 to see results? Frequency depends entirely on your schedule, budget, and goals. During our initial consultation, we will map out a training cadence—whether that's one, two, or more sessions a week—combined with independent homework to keep you progressing steadily.
How do I book my training sessions? GloFox is used to manage and book all of your training sessions easily in one place.
Payment & Policies
How does payment work? Payment is accepted in person via cash or check. Please note that payment is due in full on your first day, and we do not offer payment plans.

Small Group Fitness
Memberships & Class Packs
What is the difference between a membership and a class pack? Class packs offer a longer expiration window (such as 45 or 60 days) and carry a slightly higher cost per session. Memberships operate on a monthly auto-payment structure (8, 12, or unlimited classes per month) where sessions must be used within your active 30-day billing cycle.
When does the expiration clock start when I purchase a class pack? The expiration period begins immediately at the time of purchase, rather than upon booking your first class.
What happens if I can’t use all my classes by the expiration date? Unused classes expire and are forfeited. Exceptions to expiration dates are made exclusively when I am away on an extended vacation for more than a week; otherwise, this policy is strictly enforced.
Booking & Waitlists
How do I purchase memberships, class packs, and book classes? All memberships, class packs, and class reservations are managed and purchased directly through GloFox to keep everything easily accessible in one place.
How far in advance can I book classes? Autopay members can book classes for your current billing cycle plus the upcoming billing cycle. If you currently have a pending membership upgrade or downgrade, booking is limited to your active current month.
How do I know if I am using a credit or getting charged the drop-in rate? Look at the small box in the upper right corner of the class booking window. It will clearly indicate whether you are utilizing an available class credit or incurring the $22 drop-in rate.
How do I find out if I am off the waitlist? You will receive an automated email notification the moment you are moved off the waitlist and officially entered into the class.
Policies & Logistics
What is the cancellation policy? You must cancel at least 12 hours prior to class time to avoid any penalties or loss of credit.
-
Late Cancellation (Within 12 hours): You forfeit your class credit and incur a $5 late fee.
-
Last-Minute Cancellation (Within 2 hours): The late fee increases to $8.
Do you provide alternate movements if I have an injury? Absolutely. Every movement can be modified or scaled to accommodate injuries and keep you safe.
Is there a bathroom on site? Yes, a restroom is available on site, and you are welcome to use it to change before or after class if you are coming straight from work.
