Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (180g) unsweetened almond milk

  • 1/3 cup (82g) pumpkin puree

  • 1 tablespoon (7g) ground flaxseed

  • 1 sheet (15g) graham cracker

  • 1 scoop (31g) "Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey", vanilla ice cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup (140g) ice


Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and run until smooth and creamy.
