1 tablespoon (7g) ground flaxseed
1 sheet (15g) graham cracker
1 scoop (31g) "Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey", vanilla ice cream
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup (140g) ice
