Ready to ignite your fall fitness routine? Join our 30-Day Strength & Energy Challenge! This challenge is designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and unlock a new level of energy.  


You'll need access to gym equipment for this challenge.


We'll provide daily workouts, nutrition tips, and mindfulness practices to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Dates: Sept 16th - Oct 14th


Challenge Goal: Build strength, increase endurance, and unlock a new level of energy as we transition into fall.


Daily Activities:


Strength Training: 3 days a week (choose from the provided workout plans).

Cardio: 3 days a week (choose from running, swimming, biking, or other activities you enjoy).

Mindfulness & Recovery:  1 day a week (focus on activities like yoga, meditation, or a relaxing walk in nature). 


Weekly Workouts:


Week 1: Foundations

* Focus on foundational strength exercises (squats, lunges, push-ups, planks)

* Introduce light cardio, gradually increasing intensity as you progress.


Week 2:  Power Up!

*  Increase the weight or resistance in your strength training workouts.

*  Try new cardio variations like interval training or hill sprints.


Week 3:  Build Endurance

*  Challenge yourself with longer cardio sessions or endurance-focused strength exercises.

*  Focus on proper form and technique to avoid injury.


Week 4:  Celebrate Your Success

*  Review your progress and celebrate your achievements.

*  Focus on building healthy habits that will last beyond the challenge.
